Top Gear Festival to Debut in Barbados
The Top Gear Festival will be making its American debut in May 2014 with a two day extravaganza in Barbados. The festival will feature a host of top names from the world of motorsport and will be presented by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May.To mark the occasion, online travel company Globehunters will be giving away a dream holiday for two at the Travellers Palm in Barbados, including Club House tickets to the Top Gear Festival Barbados. Previous editions of the festival have included a Guinness World Record indoor loop-the-loop and a 300ft car bungee, plus guest appearances from motorsport ace Casey Stoner and F1 drivers David Coulthard and Mark Webber.
The Top Gear Festival Barbados will take place at the newly renovated Bushy Park circuit on the east of the island and is expected to attract thousands of motorsport fans. With the March West Indies v England T20 cricket also being held in Barbados, the island is set to be a popular destination for British tourists in 2014.
